The Epiphone Les Paul Tribute PLUS Outfit is the ultimate Les Paul with a combination of custom features at an incredible price. Featuring a AAA Flame Maple veneer top, Gibson USA '57 Classic humbuckers w/Push/Pull Series Parallel Switching, Mallory tone capacitors, Switchcraft electronics, Grover™ Locking Machine Heads heads, and a Premium Hard Case.

The Epiphone Les Paul Tribute™ PLUS has a Mahogany body with a solid, carved Hard Maple AAA Flame top for incredible tone and a strikingly beautiful instrument. The Mahogany neck is hand-fitted and glued-in with a Vintage "Deep-Set neck joint that extends well into the neck pickup cavity, creating maximum neck-to-body contact so the Les Paul Tribute resonates as a single piece of wood. The Mahogany neck has a 1960s SlimTaper ‘D’ profile with a 24.75” scale, a Pau Ferro fingerboard with ‘mother of pearl’ trapezoid inlays, 22 medium jumbo frets, and a 12” radius. The body and fingerboard have cream binding.

The Les Paul Tribute PLUS is powered by legendary Gibson USA '57 Classic humbucker pickups which even include a vintage style "Patent Applied For" decal each pickup’s base plate. The '57 Classic in the rhythm position and the '57 Classic Plus in the bridge position are faithful replicas of the famous ‘PAF’-style Gibson humbuckers created by Seth Lover mid 1950s.

The '57 Classic provides a complex tone that can go to clear to crunch while the ’57 Classic Plus is modeled after hand wound humbuckers from the late '50s that often received a few extra turns of wire for a slightly higher output. Used together, ’57 Classic styled humbuckers will overdrive tube preamps to a smooth level of saturation without becoming overpowering. Gibson '57 Classics include Alnico II magnets, vintage enamel coated wire, nickel plated pole pieces, nickel slugs, maple spacers, and vintage-style braided wiring. The Les Paul Tribute Plus also has two push/pull tone pots to allow for series/parallel pickup switching for a near limitless palette of tonal combinations. Controls include a Switchcraft three-way selector switch and Mallory-150 tone capacitors with gold "Speed" knobs for Volume and Tone for each pickup.
